HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

Whilst our fabric is durable, puff print logos are delicate and need to be handled with extra care.

Please wash all hoodies and tees inside out on a cold, gentle machine wash, avoiding use of fabric softeners. Do not tumble dry, air dry only. Any heat exposure through the washing or drying process will cause the puff print to peel. Should you wish to iron your garments, avoid ironing over the puff print embellishments. 

 

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer both standard shipping and express shipping options.

- Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate or FREE for all orders over $150. Allow 3-7 business days from dispatch.

- Express Shipping: $16 flat rate. Allow 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay and Giftcards.

 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! SALTY SOCIAL Gift cards are a great gift to get someone who has everything but you still want to spoil! Any value above $50 can be added to our gift-cards, and they can be sent directly to your recipient of choice with a personalised message from you. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Salty Social goods as much as we do! For a change of mind, incorrect size or change of colour we offer a credit note within 14 days of the date your order was placed.

If you need to return any items, please follow the below procedure:

1. Initiate a return by contacting our support team by emailing them at hello@saltysocialstore.com 

2. Ensure that any items returned are unworn, in new condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

3. Please ensure there is a reference to your name and order number so we can process your return efficiently. 

4. Once your order has been received, checked and approved, a credit note will be issued. Review and approval of returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the goods. 

NOTE - All shipping costs incurred throughout the return process will be at the expense of the buyer.
